- Appointment by the Parliament of South Africa for succession planning services.
- Development of the organisational structure, including job descriptions/job evaluation, salary structuring, skills audit and Human Resource policies design for the Kwazulu Natal Gambling Board.
- Appointment by the Council of Higher Education for organisation development work over a period of two years.
- The development of Human Resources policies and procedures for Enerweb.
- Appointment by Government Employees Pension Fund to design and conduct 360 degree assessments
- Appointment by Woolworths to assist with the development of competency-based exercises for Corporate Stores.
- Awarded a three year contract by Engen for the provision of psychometric assessments for their mid to senior managers.
- On-going support to the Board of Sheriffs in respect of the development and implementation of their Performance Management System; Human Resources, and Operations Policies; as well as drafting Standard Operating Procedures.
- Appointment by South African Space Agency to conduct job evaluation for a period of two years.
- Appointment by Gauteng Treasury to assist with competency assessments for development purposes.
- Praised by the City of Cape Town for the quality of work delivered over a two year competency skills assessment project awarded.
- Culture and values design facilitation for Rand Trust.
- Appointment of South African Revenue Services to a panel of service providers for conducting competency assessments.
- Appointment by Virgin Active to assist with the development of an assessment centre for development purposes.
- Presented numerous in-house and public job evaluation workshops in the Western and Eastern Cape.
- Appointment by the Western Cape Provincial Parliament to for conducting a skills audit.
- On-going assistance with job profiling/grading and salary benchmarking for Virgin Active.
- Coaching of coaches for the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality.
- Coaching of Executive and Senior Managers of the Eastern Cape Provincial Treasury.
- Appointment by Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University to conduct job descriptions.
- Appointment by Goodyear to for 360 evaluations of their sales team.
- Appointment by Transnet to conduct a 360 degree assessment of their Exco members and extended Exco members.
- Appointment by the Amatole District Municipality to conduct team building sessions for 100 employees.
- We welcome the new additions to our Work Dynamics team, Siphiwe Katjene in PTA as an associate, Lize Giliomee, Karina Bailie and Susan Smith in our Cape Town office.
